Recently, the Xuzhou Lawyers Association issued an official reply approving the establishment of the Complaint Investigation Committee and the Professional Training and Development Committee under the Xinyi Office of the Xuzhou Lawyers Association. 01 Overview of Special Committee Functions
Complaint Investigation Committee It is responsible for complaint verification against lawyers, industry supervision, fostering sound professional conduct, regulating legal practice, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both lawyers and parties to cases. Lawyer Pan Zewen will participate in industry complaint investigations, uphold objectivity and impartiality, and advance the development of good professional ethics within the legal community.
Professional Training and Development Committee It organizes professional training and practical seminars for lawyers, cultivates industry talent, improves the practice capabilities of local lawyers, and promotes high-quality development of the legal sector. As the Director, Lawyer Li Jingjing will lead the committee in organizing professional studies and practical exchanges to build a platform for practitioners to learn and grow.

Li Jingjing | Director, Professional Training and Development Committee
Li Jingjing, female, of Hui ethnicity, CPC member, holds a Bachelor of Laws and is a Senior Compliance Specialist. She is the principal and managing lawyer of Jiangsu Deshan (Xinyi) Law Firm. She is a member of the China Law Society, member of the Foreign-related Legal Affairs Committee of Xuzhou Lawyers Association, member of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Settlement Committee of Xuzhou Bankruptcy Administration Association, and Vice Chairperson of the Women’s Federation of Xinyi Lawyers Association. She acts as perennial legal counsel for multiple state-owned enterprises and large private enterprises.
